Our delivery times depend on where you're located. For example, delivery to Asia can take a minimum of three days after it's been dispatched from our warehouse

We offer faster shipping options such as UPS or DHL etc. But there might be an extra cost for this service.
How can I track my order?
All our orders are traceable! You'll receive an email with the tracking information after your order has been dispatched, so that you can keep an eye on the progress of your delivery.
What happens if my package is lost in transit?
We're sorry to hear that your package hasn't arrived! Please email us at email@example.com with evidence of your tracking information, and we'll send a new order to you as soon as possible.
Can I change the shipping address after I place my order?
Unfortunately, we're not able to change the shipping address once your order has been placed. However, if you let us know as soon as possible, we'll do our best to see what we can do.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! If your order totals over 200 USD we'll cover the shipping costs for you. But do keep your eyes on us, we might offer free shipping as a flash sales, who knows.

How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days to return an item from the date of purchase. We hope this gives you enough time to decide whether you love your new goodies or not!
Can I return an item if I've worn or used it?
We're sorry, but bra and underwear items are not refundable due to hygiene reasons. But don't worry, you can still return other products like leggings, hoodies, jogger etc, even if you've tried them on. Please make sure you only 'tried' them, not worn them, and leave the tags on. Also, don't forget to return them with the tote bag! Tote bag not returned with the parcel with be deduct 5 dollars from your initial refund amount.
Do I need to provide a reason for the return?
We would really appreciate it if you could provide us with a reason for your return. But if you don't feel comfortable doing so, that's perfectly fine too
Do I need to pay for return shipping
We're sorry, but at the moment we don't offer free returns. But rest assured, we're working on it!
How long does it take for a return to be processed?
Once we receive your returned items at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank's processing time. We appreciate your patience in this matter, and we assure you that we will do our best to make the refund process as smooth and speedy as possible
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
Yes, you can exchange an item instead of returning it. But we suggest placing a new order for the replacement item and requesting a refund for the original item. This will make the process faster and easier for you!
What happens if the item I received is damaged or defective?
Oh no! We're sorry to hear that you received a flawed product. Please send us a photo of the item to Hello@bluesketch.net, and one of our team members will be more than happy to help you out
What is the process for returning a gift card?
Unfortunately, gift cards are non-refundable. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Can I return an item I bought on sale or clearance?
We're sorry, but items purchased on sale or clearance cannot be returned. We hope you understand that these items are deeply discounted and limited in availability, so we cannot offer returns or exchanges on them. But don't worry, we have plenty of other amazing products that you can enjoy and love!
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
