Step-by-step instructions to return your items
to us are below. We are working hard every day to improve your return
experience, and we are aiming to make it faster and easier for you.

 

RETURN 

However, if you are still unsatisfied with your purchase with us please do as follows: 
Step 1: Drop us an email at hello@bluesketch.net with your order number, also tell us why you would like to return. 
Step 2: Once it is confirmed we would send you the return address and you will need to use your local courier post the items back to us. 
- If the items were faulty or damaged items, do include some photos when email for a faster process. 
 
Return policy:
  • Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Please use your local courier to post the items back to us. Please also note BLUESKETCH does not take any responsibility for returns lost in transit so please use a trackable postage service.
  • Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached.
  • Products must be returned with the eco-friendly tote bags you’ve received. Please also note, if our warehouse didn’t receive the tote bag, then we will deduct 5 USD from your total refund.
  • If an item is marked as Final Sale, this item is non-returnable.
  • We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
  • Refunds will be actioned within 14 days from the date we receive your order back to our warehouse.
  • Anything accidentally or incorrectly returned our way (that’s not a BLUSKETCH item) will be the responsibility of the sender, not BLUESKETCH. We’ll always do our very best to help out, but unfortunately can’t make any promises!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

- Underwears are nonrefundable/unreturnable. 

- If an item is marked as Sale, this item is non-returnable.  

- Gift cards are also non-refundable

Exchanges 

Exchanges are not currently available, you can only replace the order if needed. We will let you know when exchanges become available. The only way to do it's you can return your original items to us, then repurchase the items you like.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-20 business days (depending on the types of payment you used). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
